Morning demand is intense for fresh soymilk. Orders arrive early, delivery windows are tight, and delayed replies quickly become lost sales.

Mei Lin runs a local soymilk business that serves offices, households, and neighborhood shops. Most customers place repeat orders on WhatsApp, but peak-hour messages come in faster than one person can handle.

Before Aiyu, she had to manually reply to every quantity question, delivery request, and payment confirmation while coordinating kitchen output and riders. A ten-minute delay could mean a canceled order.

She implemented Aiyu as her first-response assistant: confirming menu availability, collecting delivery details, answering repeat FAQs, and escalating unusual requests to staff.

Within two weeks, order handling became more predictable. Customers received faster replies, delivery slots were clearer, and her team spent less time on repetitive message loops.

Aiyu did not replace her relationship with customers. It protected that relationship by keeping response quality high when demand spiked.

I still make the business decisions. Aiyu makes sure customers are never waiting in silence.
